2. Subscriptions, Purchases & Refunds

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). ZOFTREK LLC does not store your payment information.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the price displayed at purchase unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Restore a previous purchase

If you upgrade or reinstall the app, open the app's Settings screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you originally used to buy the subscription.

Refund requests

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly. To request a refund:

3. App Permissions

Our applications request only the permissions necessary for the features you use (for example, photo library access for a photo-cleaning app). You can review and revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.

If you turn off a permission, related features inside the app may stop working until the permission is restored.

4. Privacy & Data Requests

You may ask us to confirm what (if any) information is associated with your use of our apps, or to delete it. To submit a request, email contact@zoftrek.com with the subject line Privacy Request and include the name of the app you're contacting us about.

5. Reporting Bugs & Crashes

If the app crashes, freezes, or behaves unexpectedly, please email us with the details described in Section 1. Including a screen recording or the exact steps to reproduce the issue makes a significant difference and helps us ship a fix faster.

6. Feature Requests & Feedback

We read every email we receive. If you'd like to suggest a new feature or share feedback about an existing one, please write to contact@zoftrek.com with the subject line Feedback.

7. Children's Use of Our Apps

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our applications or provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@zoftrek.com.
