Privacy Policy

ZOFTREK LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Data Collection

Our applications may collect certain data automatically, including:

• The type of device you use and device identifiers
• Operating system version and configuration
• Geographical data such as the approximate location of your device
• App usage data and interaction patterns
• IP address and network information

You may also voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, or other registration information when using certain features of our applications.

2. Device Permissions

Our applications request only the permissions necessary for the features you choose to use. Each permission is used solely for the corresponding in-app feature and the content accessed under that permission stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it. Depending on the application, the permissions we may request include:

• Photo Library: to scan, analyze, compress, or organize photos and videos you choose to clean up. Analysis runs locally on your device.
• Contacts: to find duplicate contacts, merge them, and create local backups at your request. Contact data stays on your device.
• Calendar and Reminders: to surface stale events and completed reminders for cleanup. Data is read locally and never transmitted to us.
• Tracking (iOS) / Advertising ID (Android): to deliver personalized advertising through our advertising partner. See Sections 3 and 4 below.

You can review and revoke any permission at any time through your device settings: on iOS, Settings → [App Name]; on Android, Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Permissions. Disabling a permission will prevent the related feature from functioning until the permission is restored.

3. Data Sharing and Advertising

Our applications are supported by in-app advertising through Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect the following categories of data from your device:

• Device identifiers, including the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) on iOS or the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android
• Advertising data and ad interaction data
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address
• Product interaction and usage data
• Crash, performance, and other diagnostic data

We do not pass any directly identifying personal information (such as your name or email address) to ad networks or advertisers. For full details on AdMob's data practices, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS) and Advertising ID (Android)

On Apple iOS, our applications use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When you first open an application, iOS will display a system prompt asking whether you allow the app to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. Personalized advertising — including the use of your IDFA — only occurs if you grant this permission. If you decline, you will still see advertisements, but they will be contextual rather than personalized.

You can change your decision at any time on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID at any time in Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Subscriptions and Payment Processing

Some of our applications offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) on iOS or Google (Google Play) on Android. ZOFTREK LLC does not collect, store, or process your payment card information. We receive only the limited transaction data that Apple or Google share with developers, such as the product purchased, the subscription status, and transaction identifiers used to validate entitlements.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account on iOS or your Google Play account on Android. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly and are subject to their respective policies. For step-by-step instructions, see our Support page.

6. User Control

You have control over your data:

• Uninstall: You can uninstall any of our applications at any time to stop all data collection.
• Location: You can disable location sharing via your device settings.
• Advertising ID: You can reset or disable your Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) through your iOS device settings, or your Google Advertising ID (GAID) through your Android device settings.
• Permissions: You can manage app permissions through your iOS or Android device settings as described in Section 2.
• Access and Deletion Requests: You may ask us to confirm whether we hold any information associated with your use of our applications, or to delete it. To submit a request, email contact@zoftrek.com with the subject line Privacy Request and include the name of the application. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by applicable law.

7. Business Transfers

Data about you may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, as permitted by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@zoftrek.com and we will take steps to remove such information.

9. Data Security

We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

10. Data Retention

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use our applications. Automatically collected data is retained for up to 12 months before being aggregated or anonymized.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
